I am passionate about supporting small businesses and have business skills which can be applied and shared to do so. Growing up I supported my own parents in running their business before going on to college to study business and technology.

I can help clients with business plans, information technology (IT) solutions, information systems tools and software development, product development, workflow management, team building, project management, Human Resources (HR) and recruiting.

I can assist you in putting together a business plan, building a roadmap, and delivering it. I have experience in leading global teams, executing large IT engagements, managing IT landscape, and implementing business solutions.

I have expertise in IT strategy planning, business planning, driving efficiency improvements, strategic implementations, and project management.

Over 38 years of proficiency with business startups and turnarounds, adept at building high-performing teams. Extensive knowledge in sales, operations, supply chain, training & development, and financial management. A problem solver with a passion for developing people and business.

I am a professor emeritus after 22 years with one of the leading business schools and executive education institutes called IMD (imd.org) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
