I have nearly 40 years of professional experience, in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and small business (commercial cleaning franchising). Throughout my career, my greatest satisfaction has come through the development of other individuals and teams. I have had some great mentors and have looked at opportunities to give back to others as others have invested in me.

I've always wanted to be able to connect with local businesses, assist in their growth, and give a different perspective.

I am a certified Diversity and Inclusion practitioner with experience in global organizations, specifically in development field and social inclusion, working with the government, and helping businesses increase productivity through tapping into people's potentials for long term sustainability of the business. I am a certified executive coach with focus on business strategies for success.
I have worked in aviation sector heading comprehensive security of India's third largest airport, and helped design security management for other high stake government installations.

I have been an audit partner in two different public accounting firms for over 45 years, providing assistance to clients on a wide range of matters, including budgeting, financial statement preparation, internal controls, good governance, and cost containment.

I recently retired and moved back to the area where I grew up. I’m interested in becoming more involved with the community.

I can help you evaluate a new business idea, identify the key drivers in developing a strategic and tactical business plan necessary to be successful and provide you with the financial guidance and management resources required to start your business. If your business is currently operating, I can help you analyze current financial results to better understand the implications as well as to “right size” or grow the business, help you think through difficult operational or financial matters, and provide access to resources necessary to ensure continued growth or viability of a business.

I recently retired from owning my own successful Human Resources consulting company for 12 years after 35 years in corporate HR leaving the corporate environment as a Sr. Director of International HR for a multi-national on-line media company.

As a SME volunteer with SCORE and an operations leader, I am ready to assist mentors in the areas of sales, HR, staffing & recruiting and general business operations. I can help with strategic planning, leadership development, hiring, performance management of employees, business development, and launching or optimizing account management functions. My background is in Staffing and I have worked for very large companies as well as start-ups and I'm best suited to help Clients who have scaling or optimization challenges.

20 years in the restaurant industry, running high-volume restaurants, including hiring staff and maintaining costs, also beverage director and banquet operations manager for several restaurants.
18 years in the laundry and dry cleaning industry. Built the company from one to seven stores across the state of New Jersey. As the owner of the Company, I was responsible for all aspects of running the business.
I can use my knowledge of running small and large businesses to help business owners develop a business plan and execute this plan.
